When doing research for a book I wrote on how to pick up single sexy women in bars and nightclubs, I interviewed over 200 single women in nightclubs. One of the questions was, "What kind of man turns you off in a nightclub?" Here are some of their answers (most of the women had the same answers):

Robin - "One who comes right up in your face with bad breath. A man with bad body odor and wrinkled clothes. Takes things for granted and sits down without asking. One who comes on too strong."
Kerry - "One who thinks he's a good dancer, but steps all over your feet."
Erika - "The overly flashy type man. A man who treats me like a piece of meat."
Valerie - "A man that acts dumb. He shows off in front of everybody. He thinks he's real cute. Cares more about himself than he does about you. Also, he comes right up to you with bad breath."
Paula - "A show off, a man that thinks he's really special, a guy dressed tacky, or a bum, a fast mover."
Susan - "A drunk, stubborn man. Some men insist that you dance with them even if you say no . That turns me off."
Gail - "A forward, especially drunk, insistent man."
Debbie - "A fat, drunk man. A man who thinks he's macho."
Erin - "A foul-mouth man."
Sandra - "Too feminine and doesn't dress masculine. A fat man. A man who is not a good listener."
Karen - "If he's too suggestive, dresses too fancy (don't like suits), and too drunk."

You: See, wow I’ve got psychic powers. Watch this, I can tell even more about yourselves. Give me your palm (do palm reading)

Men's earrings

You: Guys, I need your opinion on something… does jewelry look good on guys. My friend wears earrings on both ears and women tell him all the time it looks really sexy.

You: What do you think, should I wear earrings… I was thinking it might look gay, but then again I noticed girls are all over guys who wear them.

Start a band

You: Hey girls, I’m going to start a band. Can either of you sing?
Girls: Yeah
You: Cool, you’ll be the back up singer
Girl: I play guitar
You: Awesome you’ll play guitar. Wait a sec… what are your names?

As you can see, routines can be rapid-fire simple and short. However, all the above routines differ in character. The “Men's Earrings” routine gets women talking. “Start a band” brings girls into a playful roleplaying fantasy where they can step into characters. And “Masturbate in the shower” is simply a funny joke to get laughs.

State Accelerators

You can also throw state accelerators into nearly any routine to give it an extra kick. State Accelerators are universal feel-good moves that accelerate the girls’ positive state.

For example, giving a girl a high-five unversally makes women feel good and can be incorporated into most routines.

If a girl tells you, "I think earrings look sexy on a guy," just say “Awesome! See you're cool. High-five!” and hold up your palm. High-five her. This accelerates the power of the routine.

Keep Going and Keep up the Pace

Once you tell a routine, don’t wait for the girl's permission to go on to the next one. Even if the girl only half-heartingly responded to the first routine, just launch into the next one. And the next. Most likely you’ll hit on one that grabs her attention.

Sometimes, you’ll find that girls go on and on talking about their opinions - even until it gets BORING. You may suddenly find that you've lost control over the conversation.

If the girls go talking on too long, don't be afraid to just interrupt them and launch into the next routine. While keeping relaxed yourself, keep the conversational pace relatively brisk.

Transitioning and Delivery

If you’re just starting out, have three routines memorized and ready to go. Decide what order you'll stack them.

For example, you might open a group of girls with the Men's Earrings opinion routine, then ask how everyone knows each other, and then talk about your stalking ex-girlfriend. The transitioning is rather simple - just leave the old topic and launch right into the new.

You: Guys, I need your opinion on something… do earrings look good on guys…
Girls: blah, blah, blah
You: Really? Awesome. Hey, you know you guys look like sisters…
Girls: blah, blah, blah
You: Wow, I thought you were sisters for sure. Actually, I’ve got this problem… I think my ex-girlfriend is stalking me…

Having three routines ready to go frees up your brain to focus on your delivery and nonverbal sexual cues.

That means telling the routines with a smile on your face and with some relaxed enthusiasm. (Check out Nonverbal Sexual Cuing for some more tips on how to hold yourself.)

Now most of the guys who I know who date beautiful women aren’t rich, famous, or extremely good looking.

Before you get to the Bond and Connection phase with a girl, you first need to build social value for yourself. Without enough social value, she won’t reciprocate the connection and think you’re just another “nice guy” trying to get into her pants.

A great way to build that social value is through planned stories and routines.

Planned stories and routines free up your mind to focus on other things.

Like a computer, your brain only has so many clock cycles spare.

Imagine you’re on your way to a bar or club and you're getting yourself into a good state for approaching women.

Now, imagine that you’re driving along the highway at the same time on the way there – a bit distracting.

Now imagine your friend is in the passenger’s seat asking you about math problems.

There’s only so much that your brain can multitask at one time.

And when you’re talking to women, there’s a LOT for your brain to do.

So you don’t want to bog yourself down in the middle of an interaction with the complex task of coming up with witty conversation pieces on the fly - especially when they can be prepared for ahead of time.

First, I’ll give you a few example routines, and then I’ll show you how to use them.

My ex-girlfriend is stalking me

You: I need your opinion… I think my ex-girlfriend is stalking me. She kept trying to win me back by impressing me, but she just doesn’t have that adventurousness I look for in a girl.

You: Well, I was walking down the street and I just see her there, standing across the street looking at me. Yeah, it’s kind of weird.

You: I think she's trying too hard to impress me. She used to be kind of fat, but now she’s lost weight and has gotten breast implants… she kind of looks like that girl from the Bachelorette… have you seen it?

You: But I don’t want to get back with a girl just because she looks good. Let me ask you, which of your guys is most adventurous?

ALWAYS look your best. I know this sounds REALLY obvious but you'd be surprised by how many men don't understand the importance of this simple tip. If you make a GOOD first impression on a woman, you have a 90% chance of EVER getting with her at that point (10% of women for whatever reason will be unreachable for most men at ANY point – she might like women herself etc).

If you make a BAD first impression your chances with her reduce drastically to just 20%. This means that to make her attracted to you AFTER the first 3 minutes of meeting her will be incredibly difficult if her first impressions of you were bad.

It’s the difference between climbing a mountain and using a helicopter to fly up one. Good first impressions means you’re on your way to the top in the helicopter, bad first impressions means you have a difficult climb to success – no helicopters for you.

You see, you could have the BEST game in the world and be able to really get any woman to like you loads, for example online, but if you used those same successful techniques in the real world and lacked obvious confidence, lacked eye contact etc – You would simply CRASH and BURN.

Honestly, body language is SOOOO important in attracting women. Later in the course we’ll go into how you can use the female’s body language to READ her mind and know what she’s thinking. This article is about YOUR body language.

Ok… So, I’ll cover the basics as the advanced stuff is beyond the scope of this article (if you want more advanced detail concerning body language you can check out my site: guygetsgirl.com).

Body language basics:

1. Smile

You have to make the female feel at ease and comfortable that you are a friendly and fun guy and you are not a psycho as quick as possible. Especially when talking to her for the first time. You also need to let her know that you are confident and comfortable around women. A big and genuine smile is the best way to do this. It works. In fact, if you ever get an Ice Queen that you can tell is about to give you the “dead eye”, give her a big smile. Practice smiling at random people. You’ll be surprised by how many people smile back and at how many doors open to you. Smiling WORKS. Just don’t make it a cheesy, fake smile ;)

2. Eye contact

As you know there’s nothing worse than staring at a woman’s chest – or even looking. It makes you just like all the other guys who drool over her. If anything you should use all your skill to NOT look at her chest – she’ll wonder why her womanly powers don’t work with you and she’ll seek your attention and subconsciously TRY to get you to look!

When talking to her, try to maintain eye contact. Not too much because it can be intimidating, but if you aim to have eye contact with her around 70% of the time you are talking, this should be comfortable for most women. Don’t stare like a crazy man, just be natural but if you naturally look away or are slightly shy when it comes to eye contact, make a conscious effort to have a little more. Eye contact can make serious connections within people. They say the eyes are a window to the soul and I think there may be some truth to that. There are even speed dating type events being run that involve just staring into each others eyes – and from what I hear, they are pretty successful.

Maintain eye contact. Not too much, about 70% of conversation time. Be natural.

3. Upright posture

Guys can get away with a bit of a hunch, but women really do prefer men with straight, upright postures. Look at all the big film actors like Pitt, Cruise etc. They all have good posture. It says to a woman you are confident, healthy, and strong (at least in mind). It’s just generally more attractive and says lots about who you are. Plus it’s good for your back and will help strengthen your back muscles making it easier to maintain.

Get into the HABIT of having an upright posture.

4. Gesticulate with open palms

You will not hear this tip anywhere else (or if you do, it was almost certainly copied from this course).

I’ve gone into in depth studies of body language and this one is a good one to use in MANY circumstances – I’ve adapted it here after solid testing to picking up women – however, some people suggest that when combined with a few other verbal and non-verbal techniques it can even give you a 50/50 chance of getting out of speeding fines!

Anyway, basically, when you are talking to a woman and trying to make a point (that puts you in a positive light) or defend yourself (for example, a girl suggests you might be a player) you talk and using your hands you have open palms facing upwards. Keep your arms in front of your body with your palms facing the sky and smile as you talk.

It works VERY well on a subconscious level to suggest you are being honest and telling the truth. And if you want a woman to begin to trust you, making her think you are being straight with her, is important.

This open palm gesticulation MUST be combined with a smile to work effectively.

How To Approach Groups Of Girls You Don't Know, And Get Them To Think You're Great!

For this example I’m going to use women at a bar. I will be going into lots of other techniques for non-bar pickups too but for now, we’ll stick with this.

(Note: In fact, I even recommend you try my top places for picking up that are not bars – they are WAAAAAAAY better than ANY bar and you’ll see a massive leap in your success rates with women.)

As you know, women don’t usually go to bars on their own. They go in groups.

Approaching GROUPS of women can be extremely daunting and if you don’t know what you’re doing, you can fail BADLY with groups and like a pack of wolves they can rip you apart. I’ve seen men get cussed at, totally ignored and even drinks poured over them.

But if you do the approach RIGHT, then your success with a group of women can usually yield great results.

Whenever I suggest approaching groups of women I get LOADS of guys looking at me as though I’m from another planet. I realize that lots of guys probably don’t have the initial confidence to simply walk up to beautiful women they don’t know. Don’t worry, this can be easily solved. I’ll give you some simple tips here.

SIDE NOTE: If you have a major confidence problem then don’t worry, I have an advanced 155-page E-book called HypnoDate which almost exclusively goes into increasing your confidence with women – and it works through the power of self-reprogramming so it doesn’t matter how shy you are, this thing WILL work for you. INCREASING CONFIDENCE EXERCISE IN THE MALL

Step 1. Walk around the shopping mall and when you catch a woman’s eye, smile at her – more often than not, she’ll smile back. To start with you can do this just with shop employees. Even if they don’t WANT to smile, they probably will. Good practice. And you might even brighten a few women’s lives a little.

Step 2. Once you’ve gained confidence in making natural eye contact and a smile with staff, you could move onto other women in the mall. I’m not suggesting big weird freak smiles, just nice, natural friendly ones. A lot of women will smile back at you.

Step 3. Here’s where it might seem a little weird, but this really does help and practice and repetition will make this lots easier. Just say “hi” with a smile to women (and men if you like) as you walk around the mall. It will feel HORRIBLE at first if you are not confident but slowly, after an hour or two, it’ll seem easy.

After you’ve smiled and said hi to 20 or 30 women, you should start to feel good (as long as you don’t quit on your first negative response – this will happen and will happen when you’re approaching women to pick them up – you HAVE to learn to step out of your comfort zone if you want to be successful with women).

One of my male friends did the “smile at girls in the mall” technique and he actually ended up meeting the girl of his dreams and is still with her 3 years later – how’s that for effective!

There are loads of other techniques you can do to build your confidence, most not quite as scary as the mall one. I go into others within my book…

Right, let’s assume you now have the confidence or at least the guts to approach women you don’t know in a bar (Again, I don’t just go into bar pickups in my book, in fact, I think the best places to pick up women are NOT in a bar – I think it’s everyday places where you’re not competing with other single guys).

Firstly, let’s suppose two girls are sat together at a bar. One is the ‘ugly’ one and one is the hot one (the one you like the looks of and would like to get to know more).

You see the girls. Go up to them and talk to them NOW! Don’t waste time. Within 3 seconds of seeing them, approach them. Some people call this the 3 second rule and I must say it really does seem to work.

If you see her and like her, it’s best not to think too much about the approach, or you’re more likely to work yourself into such a state that your approach will be ineffective or you’ll just pussy out altogether!
(Don’t worry I’ll tell you WHAT to say when you get there in a future lesson). So within 3 seconds, go TALK to her!

ALWAYS, ALWAYS approach a woman from the side or an angle from the front. !!!NEVER from behind – IMPORTANT!!!

If you go up to the group at the bar and approach from behind you will INSTANTLY invoke a negative response, and they will be put on the defensive - for obvious reasons. ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS go in from the side...

So when was the last time you saw a girl that was crushing on a boy that chased her around, gave her everything she wanted, agreed with everything she said, and made it obvious that he was obsessed with her? I can already answer for you – NEVER. Now let me tell you why.

As a guy, we have been trained to think that for us to get a girlfriend we need to be nice, caring, and considerate. In other words, become women ourselves. Now what you may not know is a secret that only a small percentage of guys are aware of (though when you actually think about it, it isn’t that surprising). The fact is, women want a man! They don’t want a little wuss that follows them around. They want a guy that makes them wait, a guy that doesn’t dote on them, a guy that she needs to chase after, and a guy with confidence.

There are many reasons a man will end up as a nice guy. A common reason is their mothers. From birth we have been taught by them how to treat women. We learn that we need to be complete gentlemen and give a woman anything she wants. Basically treating her like a princess. Now our own mothers taught us this! If you really think it is still the best way to go then I have a question for you; how badly do you want to date your mother?

So what do you need to do? To get women you need to act like the man you really are. Don’t try to win her by being a wuss and doing everything she wants for her. Don’t try to win her by giving her the world. Don’t even try to win her by putting on an act of confidence and playing the part of a player. You don’t try at all; she should be trying to win you! Now that sounds a lot better.

So next time you are trying to get a girl, remember: You are the prize. She needs to impress you, and she is even lucky to get your time. If she asks for a favor, ask for a massage in return. If she wants you to buy her a drink, she should probably be buying yours! And next time you see a guy chasing after a woman, writing her little poems and love letters, you will be one of the only men that know – NICE GUYS FINISH LAST!

"How to Become an Alpha Male"

I'm going to reveal an important comfort-building technique I call "Boyfriending." In a nutshell, there's something you can do that's usually done ONLY by a woman's boyfriend.

If you do it too, it's a way of getting under a woman's radar and making her comfortable enough around you so that she'll be receptive to sex without making you wait.

You see, in order for a typical woman to have sex with a man, she must have feelings of comfort. It is not enough for her to simply feel attraction for the guy.

Let's say you meet a girl at a 5 PM happy hour. The two of you hit it off, having a great conversation. She's laughing. She's interested. You entrance her by telling her fascinating stories about your life. The two of you have good rapport.

Around 7:30, you get hungry and invite her to get something to eat. Dinner goes well too. Then dinner ends. Now what?

Around this time, a lot of guys get confused about how to advance the interaction forward. Clearly the goal is to get laid, but the roadmap is often muddled.

Usually the night ends with the woman saying something like, "I had great time meeting you. Call me. Bye!"

Often, the need for comfort is why women like to make guys wait before sex.

(If the guy's lucky, it might be only three dates, but with a lot of women, the guy can be made to wait for months.)

Fortunately, there's a way to shortcircuit that barrier. I call it the "Boyfriending Technique."

If you watch couples who are in close relationships, you'll notice an interesting phenomenon. The man and woman are extremely comfortable touching each other, so much so that they'll even do seemingly gross things like brush sleep ("eye boogers") out of each other's eyes.

It's a behavior that's only done by people who are completely comfortable around each other. Certainly when you are in a relationship where you can brush sleep out of a woman's eye, you've long since passed the point where the two of you are comfortable having sex.

Catch my drift? You can use this as a psychological weapon to make the woman feel more comfortable around you.

In mid-conversation, tell her to hold still and close her eyes. Pretend there's sleep in her eye, and make her believe that you just brushed it off.

Later, after the two of you finish eating and leave the restaurant, again tell her to hold still. With your finger, brush off an imaginary piece of food from her lower lip.

The net result of the Boyfriending Technique is nuclear. First, it sub-communicates that the two of you are very comfortable around each other.

Second, it involves you touching her face, bringing your heads closer together and progressing towards a make out session.

Third, in the case of you touching her lower lip, you're in fact touching an erogenous zone. That's right... a woman's lower lip has a high concentration of nerve endings. Stimulating her lower lip makes her body release sex hormones.

Make the Boyfriending Technique a part of your dating arsenal, and you'll find more success than ever before. You may just be having sex within several hours instead of having to wait several months.

Once you start feeling more and more confident in a few weeks, change your affirmation to, "I AM like the pitbull who can dominate bigger dogs."

I've noticed that a lot of short guys develop a VERY strong presence by having cultivated that inner badass.

Now, I'm not saying you should become a jerk... but just try to balance out that inner nice guy.

Next thing to do long term is to GIVE UP any approval-seeking. Who cares what women think of you? Go through life doing what you want and being who you are. (That is so key by the way... those guys I list above were players exactly because they went through life doing what they wanted and being true to who they were.)

You see, short guys who are badasses really have a bit of an advantage. Because of their stature, they automatically are able to have more rapport with chicks (who tend to be short themselves) than the guys who are beanpoles. And when you add to that a bit of a "badboy" element, it makes chicks dripping wet with attraction.

The bottom line is this: only if YOU feel uncomfortable with your height will it affect you with the girls. If you feel completely comfortable with your height, then they will too.

By the way, when it comes to tall guys, what women find attractive about them isn't their height. It's their dominance. If you have a tight sense of inner confidence, and project a personality that sucks them in, height will be the furthest thing from their minds.

So to sum up, be true to yourself, take risks in life, cultivate your inner badass, and stop caring about anyone's approval. And hit the gym ASAP. And do the fashion things I said.

Then you'll attract girls without worrying about irrelevant things like height.

Short mans way to succes. Part 1

Ok I consider my self as a guy that women like, but it haven’t always been like this. My biggest "problem" was that I am "short". The "problem" got solved when i realized that it actually is no problem. Now days I even date beautiful charismatic women, that are taller than me. John Alexander gave me some wise ideas, now you should learn them.

Let me mention a few names and you can tell me what they all have in common:

- Al Pacino
- Humphrey Bogart
- Napoleon

Okay, no surprise here... they're all short guys. But you know what? They were all awesome with the ladies (and not just because of their celebrity status... they were all players before they became famous.)

In fact, the reason they could attract girls was because of their strong inner attitude.

There are a couple things you can do in the short term. Wearing boots right now will subtly add 2 or 3 inches to your height.

Also, when you dress, wear vertical stripes and tight clothes. That will make you look SLENDER, which will make you appear taller.

Long term, one way short guys can be more dominant physically is to work out. In fact that really should be first and foremost. If you've got muscles, it helps A LOT, not only with your physical appearance, but also with your confidence levels, strong inner attitude, and poise. So get in the gym.

When you're muscular and you're a short guy, you become like a pit bull. And by the way, I'd like you to experiment with that.. do not always be the nice guy who's polite. For the next few months, try to let your "inner badass" come out a bit when you're with girls.

Do the affirmation, "I'm becoming like the pitbull who can dominate the bigger dogs."

There is a new type of dating that grows from inside the old, "dating game" mode - evolved dating.

What is 'evolved dating'?

It is dating for people who KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. In other words, people who are
aware of the dynamics of men-women relationships, body language, effective communication, who have
their life together and who understand that there is more to dating than pick-up lines.

Those people DON'T need the usual dating games, playing hard-to-get etc, etc. Like high-level sportsmen,
they can spot each other in an instant.

Those people are the ones that cannot be missed in a crowd, who draw all the attention, even when they are seemingly doing nothing.

They don't lie or use tricks; they are refreshingly honest and straightforward. And they never feel ashamed or inferior.

They possess calm, relaxed confidence that is as powerful as a nuclear reactor. The people comment about them, "There is something special about you" or call it, "a presence".

They simply look you in the eyes, and you start feeling weak at your knees. Your heart skips a bit and you start feeling dizzy. I have experienced this myself and seen this effect at work, once I learned how to do it.

You may now start wondering, how to gain such a power?

It's extremely simple, and at the same time it's hard work.

How can it be?

Because doing these things is really simple - but to make oneself doing them, takes commitment and courage.

It's like giving up smoking - all you need to do is to stop buying your own cigarettes and borrowing from others. It's really simple. But so many people have been smoking for many years and complain they cannot give up. (I have NEVER met a smoker who was over 20 and didn't want to quit!)

People that are on the level of evolved dating are the people who are successful. My definition of success is:
success is doing what it takes when you know you must do it.

Really simple.

Over the years I realized that there is really nothing new under the sun, and the simple things are the ones that work the best.

I have also realized that anyone can develop him or herself to the level of evolved dating, in as short a period as one year (or less).

The place to start is to STOP seeking approval of others.
This will have an effect so dramatic, you can see the results in a month time - people will start asking you what happened and saying you have changed.

The key here:
WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK ABOUT YOU IS *NONE*
OF YOUR BUSINESS.

Most people worry all their life what other people will think of them, or what others will say, etc, etc. It's like
cutting your own wings. You can fly but you refuse because you are afraid what others may think.

You maybe afraid being the best you can be because you think others can feel uncomfortable in your company. The truth is, it's exactly the other way around: by allowing yourself to be the best you can be, you give permission to others to be the best they can be.

Stop worrying about others. You are the most important person in your life and you only have so many years to live on this Earth. Make yourself happy and stop taking responsibility for other people's happiness. Your happiness is your choice. Their happiness is their choice. As long as they are adults, their happiness is none of your business.

And stop faking it.

You fake things because you are afraid the others won't like you the way you are. The truth is, the others are faking themselves just as you do, to please you. If you are honest, you are allowing them to be honest, too.

This is what evolved dating is about, and this is why those people are so powerfully confident: they don't fake it. They simply ARE. They don't seek your approval and they don't expect you to seek theirs.

Most people try to give themselves to other people.
People that are on the level of evolved dating give you the gift of being YOURSELF. You don't have to fake it with them.

You can reach the level of evolved dating, too.

Have You Got a Girlfriend? Here's How Not to Screw It Up

Having a girlfriend can be a dangerous thing. We become too dependent on our woman for our happiness, and then if we get dumped, we find that we've all of a sudden lost our confidence. This results in being without sex for many months, until we finally get a girlfriend again, and... the cycle repeats.

So to break this cycle, we need to REMAIN the attractive guy, the alpha male.

You see, relationships can make us guys too lazy (since the sex is so easy) and we lose that "high value" mindset. It's crucial to keep that alpha male frame of mind that says, "I am like a Lamborghini."

Do Lamborghini dealerships grovel to try to get people to like them? Of course not. Instead they allow all the buyers to come to them. Hell, Lamborghini doesn't even advertise. As a man, you should have a similar confident mindset if you want to maximize the attraction your girlfriend feels for you.

So, how do you keep that alpha mindset? First and foremost, avoid chasing your girlfriend like a puppy dog. A basic concept which will prevent her from ever treating you badly is what I call Punishment and Reward.

If a woman engages in behavior which you disapprove of, punish her by withdrawing your time and focusing on something (or someone) else. If she does something you like (such as having sex with you), reward her by giving her more of your time, talking about her feelings, etc.

So whenever you do something nice for her, do it because you're rewarding her. And DO reward her good behavior, if you want more of it. Like I said, Punishment and Reward.

Then there's the issue of being a challenge. Women act sweet when you're a challenge to them. They act bitchy when they take you for granted and no longer feel like they need put out effort to win your affections.

Often by around month 6 in a relationship is when a woman really starts to take a guy for granted, so avoid that by remaining a challenge.

So the solution to remaining the attractive, alpha guy in your relationships is threefold:

1. Always be willing to focus your time on things other than your girlfriend. Don't reward her for acting bitchy by continuing to be around her when she does. On the other hand, too, reward her for good behavior by giving her more of your time when she acts sweet.

2. Always have it in the back of your mind that you could end the relationship at any time. Don't explicitly threaten her with that, but just make it a subtle implication. That way she'll never become truly comfortable with the relationship and will keep working to win you.

3. Always allow her to think that's she's just a little bit more interested in you than you are in her. Again, this can be very subtle, but if (for example) you're telling her 20 times a day that you love her, and she's only telling you that twice, then obviously the situation is badly out of whack.
